For the safety of both our clients and our artists, all on-location appointments and artist schedules are coordinated and documented through our booking system. For appointments booked online, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the details of your appointment and collect the service address and best contact phone number. A 10% deposit is required to secure your on-location appointment, with the remaining balance due on the day of service. Our goal is to provide a professional, reliable, and seamless experience from booking to your final look.
